  • Do you warranty your products?

    We offer a 90-Day Manufacturer Defect Warranty on all products that were purchased from us, meaning that items that are defective due to manufacturing issues will be covered. Any products with issues unrelated to manufacturing faults will not be warrantied. For more information refer to our warranty policy

  • I purchased a Wismec product that is defective from another retailer, can you guys warranty it?

    Wismec.US is the authorized retailer of Wismec products in the United States, our 90-Day Warranty policy covers products that were purchased from our retail website. All items purchased from other vendors are subject to the vendors warranty policies.

  • Is there free shipping?

    Free shipping is offered on orders over $60 USD in value with valid shipping addresses within the United States.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We try to process all orders within 1-2 business days, given that there are no problems with payment processing and if all items are in stock. Shipping time depends on the shipping service you select upon check out. For most orders within the United States, shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days.

  • I tried to process an order but the payment failed

    We at Wismec.US employ certain security measures in online payment processing, we utilize a third party software to ensure protection against fraud. All payments via credit card must have correct billing addresses that correspond with the information with the issuing agency.
